Description: Banking relationships are among treasury’s most important strategic assets, yet many organizations manage them less formally than their banking partners do. As companies expand globally and work with more financial institutions, understanding the value of each relationship becomes increasingly important, especially during periods of change. To manage these relationships more intentionally, treasury must first understand how banks evaluate their corporate clients. This webinar examines concepts such as RAROC, relationship value, fees, and services before showing how treasury can apply those insights to evaluate banking relationships more strategically. Attendees will gain practical guidance for looking beyond fees to assess the overall value of each banking relationship and position their organization for long-term success.
