Steve Irwin – Crocodile Hunter
Our thoughts go out to the family of Steve Irwin, who is well known as the “Crocodile Hunter”. He was killed on Monday, September 4th by a stingray during a film shoot off the coast of Australia.
His excitement for his subject matter and life in general was an encouragement to everyone as they learned about many different types of creatures. He was great fun to watch and we will miss his engaging and intriguing enthusiasm as he opened up the lives and activities of many different animals, some of which were quite dangerous.
