This survey provides a snapshot of treasury and finance professionals’ current awareness and evolving expectations around the GENIUS Act, a legislative proposal that would establish a regulatory framework for payment stablecoins. While awareness of the GENIUS Act remains low, the broader findings suggest that treasury professionals are preparing for a future in which digital assets play a significant role in corporate finance operations.
